WHEN DO I PAY MY STORAGE FEES?
Rent is due on a monthly basis in advance or on the 1st day of each month for that month (ie: Rent due January 1st for the month of January).
WHAT IF I START MY RENTAL ON THE 15TH?
If you begin your rental contract on the 15th of that month, you will be billed a pro-rated weekly rate for the last two (2) weeks of that month. Your next payment will follow on the 1st.
WHAT IF I'M LATE PAYING MY STORAGE FEES?
If you are four (4) days past due, a $20.00 late fee will be applied to your account.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, debit and e-transfers. Contact us to learn more.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FIRST AND LAST MONTHS RENT LIKE AN APARTMENT?
No, your first payment is towards your first month plus a one time $25.00 disposal fee, which you receive in return upon vacating the unit and unit inspection by the property manager.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE BEFORE MOVING OUT? WHAT DO I DO?
We require a fifteen (15) day verbal or written notice. We will prorate your last month of rent as long as you have given us notice (i.e. we will charge only the week(s) you used the unit in the last month). Make sure everything has been removed from your storage unit before your scheduled move-out date and the lock has been removed. Once the property manager has inspected the unit, we will reimburse the disposal fee and the unit will be officially vacant.
WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY UNIT?
We are open late! 8:00 am to 8:00 pm from Monday to Sunday.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?
Absolutely not. For your convenience we offer month to month contracts.
